Recently, I have been experiencing bloating, gas and phlegm in the middle of my esophagus giving me a feeling of shortness of breathe. My primary care doctor thought it could be undetected acid reflux?What would u suggest given I did the above test 8 months ago ? Run more test? I struggle to find a direct answers guiding those of us who have had complete hysterectomies - both ovaries have been removed. I had this procedures at 40. I struggle with weight gain, low energy, no libido and concentration/mood issues. My doctor slapped an Estradiol patch on my bottom the day of my surgery, which I've continued to this day. She said, tongue in cheek, if I want to stay married I'd never go without. I'll be 50 this year. What unique considerations must people in our shoes consider due to having no ovaries? What about pellet therapy recommendations? What about Estradiol patch? I want to pursue natural methods. I'm not sure if I'm harming my body and what options I should consider as I feel my hormones are not right and I'm really struggling. :-( Lorena: I'm planning to do the CBO protocol because I have a lot of digestive issues. Pip: Hi Dr Cabral,I had a holter Monitor fitted for ectopic beats last week and the results have come back saying that during the night the monitor recorded that I had Periods of Mobitz 2 second degree heart block.
