2865: Best Foods to Eat, Bumps in Eyelids, Multiple Exposure Allergic Reaction, Chronic Throat Pain, Dyshidrotic Eczema (HouseCall)

Eat meat, don't eat meat it causes health issues, eat more plants, don't eat plants they are trying to kill you! I listen to vegetarian community and they make good arguments, I listen to carnivores and they make good arguments. What do we do?! Is golden middle the best? Some say the more variety of foods the better, others say there is no evidence. All you need is meat and fermented foods. Please share your thoughts. Tonya: Hi Dr. Cabral. A few months ago my eye was swollen and then it was like I had a bump that moved in my upper eyelid and then it turned to a bruise and disappeared. A couple weeks later my other eye did this. And then again only this time it never bruised and the bump never went away and now I have 3 bumps in my left eyelid. They do not hurt at all. What could this possibly be from and how can I get rid of it? It has been a couple months now. Thank you Page: Dear Dr. Cabral, My husband just experienced a severe allergic reaction to a fire ant bit that sent him into anaphylactic shock. While we were in the ER, I kept wondering if there was an underlying cause spurred this response. He has been bit before and never reacted in this way. We were told that subsequent bites/stings could lead to a more intense reaction. Is there anything we can do to reduce the body's response outside of carrying the epipen and being equipped with Benadryl? Thank you for your guidance. Kavita: I just want to share that I am obsessed with your research and knowledge and listen to your podcasts. My daughter is 22 and she has been suffering from pain in her throat for the past 5-6 months. The doctors are unable to diagnose the issue. She has already been on antibiotics twice, and the pain goes away for a while but comes right back The ENT specialist told her that her tonsils might be inflamed and gave her antibiotics last month, which took care of the issue for a bit, but her pain is back again!!! She is so frustrated. She had asthma as a child and takes her maintenance medication for it daily, singular (5mg), and is on Allegra for her allergies. I am wondering whether these can be stopped as she has not had any episodes of asthma for a while. Any help will be appreciated. Anonymous: Hi Dr. Cabral! As an IHP2 it is very hard dealing with our own personal health issues and feeling like there are no answers. I have been getting a blister like rash on different fingers for the last year. There was a few month gap where it did not happen. I cannot pinpoint a trigger. I did the CBO last year as an attempt to resolve it. I have researched and it could possibly be Dyshidrotic Eczema but I also get nerve pain with it. I also have HSVII and wondering if this is just moving throughout my body. I cannot afford lab work right now. I have done a HM detox + parasite detox + CBO and I do FM detoxes. I have done the entire virus protocol more than once, prior to having this rash. My main concern is what damage is this doing to my body if it is viral? What would you do to resolve?
