#34: How To Win A Double Ironman Event with Rait Ratasepp

Our guest for this episode of The Effortless Swimming Podcast is a member of Swimprove - our swim coaching community - Rait Ratasepp. He just completed the Double Ultra World Cup in Hungary. What that is, is a double ironman. So think of ironman and double the distance. He did extremely well and ended up winning this event by about 3 hours.
