When you've repeatedly been hurt by someone and you share it with others in your life do you ever hear things like, "Well, you probably provoked them" or… "You can be really sensitive" or… "Maybe you just took it the wrong way" or… "I've never had a problem with them" or… "Aren't you being a bit of a drama queen"? These reactions are the opposite of supportive.
