On to today's episode of The Mindset Mentor Podcast I’m going to be explaining a lot about the “F word”… Not that F word! The one I’m talking about is the word Freedom. What really is it, how do we get it, and does it actually change anything? I personally think that so many of us are searching for freedom because we are tired of doing what other people are wanting us to do, or making us do. To me freedom is simply the power of being able to do WHAT you want, WHEN you want, WHERE you want, and with WHO you want to be doing it with. There is physical freedom, spiritual freedom, emotional freedom, and for a lot of people what they actually want is to be free from our minds. Why is that? Because we want freedom from the co stand chatter in our minds, the “I’m not good enough” thoughts, the guilt, the shame, the fears we have that are holding us back so that we can stop being held back from the life that WE want for ourselves. We’re all on a journey of self discovery and searching for our true purpose in this world.
