Guided Meditation | Venerable Sunyo | 14 June 2025

Venerable Sunyo conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation class for approximately one hour. Venerable Sunyo draws on an experience his parents had as an example of finding contentment when things don't go the way we want or expect them to. He gives a simile of a farmer to illustrate the wisdom in not judging things as 'good' or 'bad'.
