Guided Meditation | Venerable Sunyo | 19 April 2025

Venerable Sunyo conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation class for approximately one hour. Venerable Sunyo speaks on the importance of putting things into practice in Buddhism, like an experiment, to see what results we get. Venerable Sunyo also speaks about having peace as a direction in meditation but not a goal.
